1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Service Not Delivered: If the service was not delivered within the promised time frame.
Defective Service: If the delivered service is incomplete or of poor quality.
Incorrect Charge: If you were charged more than the displayed price.
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

❌ If the service has already been delivered.
❌ If you changed your mind after placing the order.
❌ If you provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong address, wrong design details).
❌ If the service is a digital product and has been downloaded.
❌ If the refund request is made after 7 days of delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before service processing starts).
How to Cancel: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" → Click "Cancel" next to the order.
Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee may be deducted for cancellations (where applicable).

4. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a refund request via email at help.zosine@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
Step 2: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Step 3: If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Step 4: Refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days (depending on bank/UPI).

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (e.g., if the service was partially delivered or of lower quality).

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly.
